I would like to introduce an exciting new hockey magazine called HKYworld that will
be launched in the next couple of months. This will be a FREE publication which
ANYONE can access via the internet. There are no costs involved as the magazine will
be paid for by advertising.

I am beginning the process of making contact with suitable partners and am writing
to ask for your help in [1] sending us news from your area and [2] asking you if
you’d like to offer the magazine to the members in your country e.g. by making it
available through your website or including it on your newsletters.

REMEMBER:

HKYworld will be a first of its kind, uniting the global hockey family. The online
magazine will be available FREE every month.

HKYworld will contain a variety of content that will be of interest to players,
coaches, umpires, officials, volunteers and supporters of field hockey. We have
assembled a great team of writers from the World Hockey stage and together with your
help we can truly make this a remarkable product for our sport.

HKYworld will be split into five main sections as below:
· Major Tournament/Competition Reviews and Previews from around the globe
· Topical interview (international player/coach)
· Continent Based features (news/interviews/comment)
· Hooked (Goal of the month/BDO World Rankings/Results/Amateur
photo/Reader’s comments)
· Product Reviews (Coaching tips/Reader’s ratings)

We are contacting all 127 National Governing Bodies (NGB) affiliated to FIH and
asking for their support in this project. As the publication is totally free of
charge to the reader and a great vehicle for promoting field hockey in your country
as well as a great way to promote your country’s game, we would like you - as the
NGB - to help us distribute the magazine.

It is very easy. All you will need to do is let us know that you are interested by
replying to this email. We will then send you a quick questionnaire and offer some
very simple marketing solutions. We will also give you a contact to send any
relevant news that you would like published.

We hope you will choose to support HKYworld in this venture! Please reply to this
